Our days are spent fixing things, selling parts, or sorting out travel itineraries for people in the neighborhood. It is a very hands-on kind of business. We don't use any fancy marketing talk; we just tell people what we have in stock or what the travel options are. Sometimes we are busy with a repair when someone comes in to book a trip, so we have to switch gears quickly. It is a bit chaotic at times, but it is a good kind of busy. We just keep our shop open and do our work as best as we can every day.
