Modern Motor Driving School

Modern Motor Driving School is over at Api Corner in the Cidco Colony area of Aurangabad. If you know that spot, you know the traffic can get a bit messy during the day. We spend most of our time sitting in the passenger seat with our foot near the extra brake pedal. It’s a lot of waiting for people to get the hang of the clutch and the gears without stalling the car right in the middle of the road. Most of our students are nervous when they first sit behind the wheel. We take them around the quieter streets in Maharashtra before heading into the busier parts of the city. The cars we use have seen better days, but they work fine for learning. You hear the engine revving too high or the gears grinding sometimes, but that’s just how you learn. We handle the paperwork for the licenses too, which is always a bit of a headache with the RTO. It’s a small operation here, nothing too big. People from all over the colony come to us because we are close by. We don't have any fancy simulators, just real cars and real roads. Some days are long, especially when it’s hot outside and the air conditioning in the car is struggling. But seeing someone finally drive straight without shaking is a good feeling. It’s just what we do here every day. We aren't doing anything groundbreaking, just helping people get from point A to point B safely while they learn to drive.
