MBSMulti Urban Nidhi Limited is situated in Wadgaon Khurd, Aurangabad. You can find us at Plot No 34, which is part of Gut No 11. This part of Aurangabad is a mix of different types of buildings, and our spot is a simple, no-frills office. We don’t have a big marketing budget or anything like that, so we rely on people just knowing where we are. The office has a few desks and some basic chairs, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for us. We spend our mornings going through the mail and the rest of the day dealing with whatever tasks come up. It can get pretty hot in Wadgaon, so we usually have the fans going at full speed. There’s a lot of development happening around Gut No 11, so sometimes there is construction noise in the background while we try to talk on the phone. It’s just the reality of working in a growing area. We are a small team, and we all pitch in to keep the place tidy and the work moving along. It’s an honest living, and we enjoy the interactions with the local people who drop in. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby; we just want to get the paperwork finished and the day's tasks completed before it's time to head home.
