Manjeet Buildcon LLP is based in Aurangabad, at Plot No. 318 in the N-3 CIDCO area. We are right near the Punjab National Bank. If you are familiar with CIDCO, you know it’s a hub of activity. Our office is a straightforward setup. We don't have any fancy decorations or modern art on the walls. It’s just a place where we get our work done. Most of our time is spent managing building projects and dealing with the logistics of construction. It’s not an easy job, and there are always surprises, but we’ve been doing this long enough to not get rattled. We aren't interested in using big words to describe ourselves. We are just a local business with a small team. We have a lot of regular people we work with, and we like to keep things direct. The office can get a bit loud when everyone is in at the same time, but usually, half the team is out at a site somewhere. We use simple tools and keep our records in order as best as we can. It’s a practical way to run things. We’ve seen Aurangabad grow and we are just glad to be a small part of the landscape here.
