Manali Ventures Private Limited is located at R H No 54 in the Apratim Vastu area. This is in Satara, Aurangabad, with the pincode 431002. It's a bit of a residential area, so it stays fairly quiet most of the time. We work out of this row house, which makes it feel a lot less like a cold office and more like a place where people actually live and work together. We’ve got some plants out front that we try to keep alive, though the heat makes it tough sometimes. Inside, it's just our desks and some storage for our files. We don’t have a big board with a mission statement on the wall. We just know what we have to do every morning when we show up. The area around G No 159 has changed a lot lately with new buildings going up, but we've stayed right here. Usually, one of us goes out to get samosas for the group around four o'clock. It’s a small tradition we have. We don't really do big meetings; we just talk across the room when something comes up. It’s a practical way to run things. Most of the people working here live nearby, so we don't have to deal with long commutes. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to get home at a decent hour. It's just a regular local business without any fancy bells or whistles attached to it.
