Malgudi Associates

We've been at Office No 149 for a while now. It's right in the middle of MIDC Sector 2 Industrial Area. If you know the Midc area, you know it's busy and there's always something going on. Most days, we just keep our heads down and get through the pile of work on our desks. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular office where things happen. We started Malgudi Associates because there was a need for what we do around here and we figured we could do it as well as anyone else. Sometimes the traffic outside is loud, but we've gotten used to it over the years. Our neighbors are all industrial shops and warehouses, so it feels like a real working neighborhood. We aren't trying to be the biggest outfit in the district, just steady. The coffee machine in the corner is older than some of our newer staff, but it still makes a decent cup when you need a break. People walk in and out all day. We handle the paperwork and the projects as they come. It’s mostly just us doing what needs to get done. We don't spend much time on social media or making things look pretty for a website. Usually, we are too busy checking lists or talking on the phone with regulars. If you stop by, you'll see a lot of files and people actually working. That’s how we like it here. It’s simple and it works for us.
