Our office is located at House Number 620/3 in Kumbhephal. It’s out in the Aurangabad area, with the 431007 postal code. We’ve been running this Nidhi company for a bit now, focusing on the folks around the village and the nearby suburbs. It’s a quiet spot most of the time, which is nice for getting the paperwork done. We don't have a big fancy office building. We just work out of this house because it’s convenient for everyone. Most of our visitors are neighbors or people from the local market. We spend a lot of time on the books, making sure every deposit and loan is recorded properly. It’s a small team here, just a couple of us handling everything. Sometimes we get a bit behind on the filing, but we always catch up. Working in Kumbhephal means we know the local rhythm. We aren't trying to be a massive financial institution. We just want to provide a place where people can save their money and get a bit of help when they need it. It’s basic, honest work. We don't have air conditioning, just a ceiling fan that clicks a little when it's on high. People don't seem to mind, they just come in to talk and settle their business. We keep the doors open during the day and try to be as helpful as we can without making things complicated. We usually finish up around six and walk home since we live so close.
