MAATESHWARI CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED is located in the New Aurangabad area. We are on the ground floor of Mamka Niwas in Chitour Nagar. The place belongs to Sri Dilip Kr Singh. It is a good spot because it is easy to find and we have enough space for our paperwork and some of the smaller equipment we keep on hand. We mostly do construction work around this part of Bihar. Building things is what we know. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world, we just want to get the work done for the people who hire us. Some mornings are very busy with laborers coming by to get their assignments and other days it is just quiet office work. We have seen Aurangabad change a lot with new roads and buildings going up everywhere. It is a good time to be in this trade. We don't use any fancy marketing talk because our work is right there to see. If someone needs a wall built or a new room added, they come to Mamka Niwas and we talk about it over a glass of water. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just tell people how much it will cost and how long it will take. It is a very basic way of doing business but it has worked for us so far. We are just local people building for other local people in this town. It keeps us grounded.
