Loya Pre Engineering Buildings is situated at Gut No.13 & 14 in Shendra Jahangir. We are right near the Skoda Auto plant and the main MIDC Shendra area. This is a big site because the work we do involves large steel structures. We have a lot of space for storing beams, columns, and metal sheets. You can usually hear the sound of welding and cranes moving things around from quite a distance away. It is a very industrial setting, with a lot of dust and heavy machinery. Our office is just a small cabin on the edge of the yard. We spend our time looking at structural designs and managing the fabrication team. It is a hard job and the weather out here can be quite harsh, especially the sun. We have a crew of laborers and technicians who have been doing this for years. They know how to handle the steel and get it ready for shipping to different construction sites. We don't have a showroom or anything fancy like that. If you come to see us, you’ll likely see us in our work clothes, covered in a bit of grease or iron filings. We just focus on getting the buildings fabricated according to the plans we are given. It’s straightforward work that requires a lot of physical effort and attention to the heavy lifting.
