Our office is at 5 14 86 in Bhagyanagar. If you know the area, we are the ones located right above the Punjab National Bank. Having a bank downstairs is actually quite handy for a business like Lila Suresh Impex. We spend a lot of time running back and forth with deposit slips and documents. The office itself is quite simple. We have some sturdy desks, a couple of cupboards for the files, and a few chairs for when people stop by. Bhagyanagar is a lively place, so there is always some noise from the street coming through the windows. We’ve been here for a good while, and the routine hasn't changed much. We start the day by going through the new impex regulations and checking our messages. It’s a lot of paperwork, which can be a bit boring sometimes, but it has to be done. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls. It’s just a place where we work hard and try to stay on top of our orders. When the bank gets crowded downstairs, the whole building feels a bit more frantic, but up here we just keep to our tasks. We usually wrap up as the sun starts to go down and the street gets even more crowded with people going home. It is just a regular office life for us, nothing more and nothing less.
