Our shop is right by Amarpreet Signal in the Oberoi Towers. If you know the area, you know how busy that intersection gets with all the cars and bikes. We’ve been fixing laptops here for a long time. It’s usually a bit messy with screens, screws, and keyboards lying around on the workbenches. Laptop Clinic Network is basically just a group of us who know how to handle electronics. People drop off their broken machines because they spilled water on them or the screen went black. We see a lot of the same problems every day. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we can work. Sometimes the parts take a few days to arrive, and we have to call the customers to let them know. It’s a lot of sitting under bright lights looking at motherboards. We try to get through the pile of repairs as fast as we can. It’s loud outside with all the traffic from the signal. We’ve got a couple of guys who are really good with hardware. We don't really do much else besides repair work and selling some spares. It’s a straightforward business. We open in the morning and stay until the last job for the day is mostly done. It feels good when a laptop finally boots up after being dead for a week. We have some regular customers from the neighborhood who just stop by to say hello. It's a decent way to earn a living.
