Kushmraj Construction (Opc) Private Limited is a small operation based in the village of Govardhanpur Kanap. We are located in the Daudnagar block of Aurangabad, Bihar. Being an 'OPC' means it’s a one-person company, so things are very personal here. I don't have a big staff or a multi-story office building. It’s mostly just me and a few trusted people I hire when a big project comes up. The office is right here in the village, which makes it easy for local folks to stop by and talk about whatever they need built. Daudnagar is a place where your reputation matters more than any fancy advertisement. I spend my days driving between different sites and making sure the work is being done correctly. It can be a lot of responsibility to handle everything on my own, from the accounts to the actual building work, but I prefer it that way. I don't have to deal with corporate meetings or long reports. I just look at what needs to be done and I do it. The local landscape can be challenging, and sometimes it's hard to find the right materials at a good price, but you learn to adapt. I’m not trying to build skyscrapers or anything huge, just solid structures for the people around here. It’s a quiet life of hard work, but it’s what I’ve chosen and I’m proud of what we manage to get done.
