Kodgire Developers Private Limited is located in the Waluj MIDC area of Aurangabad. Our office is at Plot No. Rm-15 in Bajaj Nagar, which is a very industrial and busy part of the city. Being in an MIDC zone means we are surrounded by factories and constant movement. Most of our work involves the development of spaces around this area, and we have been doing it for quite some time now. The office is a functional space where we handle all the technical details and the endless paperwork that comes with construction in Maharashtra-431001. We aren't the type of people to sit behind desks all day, though. We are usually out in the field, wearing boots and checking on the masonry or the concrete pours. Aurangabad has its own set of challenges, from water issues to electricity cuts, and we have to plan around all of that. We are just a local team that understands the industrial landscape of Waluj. We don't use flashy language or make big promises we can't keep. We just look at the plans, hire the workers, and get to work. It is often loud and messy at our sites, but that is how things get built. We are proud to be a part of the growth in Bajaj Nagar and we just keep our heads down and work hard.
