Our spot is over at S. No. 208, right near the Datta Mandir in Tilak Nagar. If you are in Sillod, you probably pass by here often. We are Khodke And Farkade Chits Private Limited. The office is close enough to the temple that you can hear the bells sometimes during the day. It’s a quiet enough area most of the time, except when there is a festival or something going on at the Mandir. Inside, it’s pretty basic. We have our files organized the best we can, though things sometimes get a bit messy when we are busy with people coming in for their chit fund payments. We aren’t trying to be some big corporate office from the city. We are just local people working in Aurangabad, helping out with the money stuff. You’ll usually find us sitting behind the main desk, probably having a glass of water or checking the ledger books. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for now. People know us in Tilak Nagar, so they just walk in and start talking. There isn't any formal waiting room or anything. You just grab a stool and wait your turn. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. We stay until the work is done and then head home like everyone else in Sillod. It’s a decent place to work and we keep the business going as usual.
