We operate Khajasab Vegetable Import Export Private Limited out of a space care of Shivdash Shanakrrao Gaikwad. It’s a very local operation, deeply rooted in the agricultural side of things. Our days revolve around the seasons and what’s coming out of the ground. Dealing with vegetables means everything has to move fast before things go bad. It’s a lot of early mornings and late nights, especially when the trucks are being loaded for export. The office part of it is just a simple room with a few ledgers and a phone that never stops ringing. We aren't big on technology, we prefer to talk to people directly and see the produce with our own eyes. It’s dusty and sometimes the weather makes the transport difficult, but that’s just part of the life we chose. We don't have any fancy brochures or a marketing team. It’s just us, the farmers, and the buyers. It’s honest work, and it keeps us connected to the land and the community here.
