Kaushlendra Infratech Private Limited is located at Plot Number 8 in Nandnvancolony, right across from the Amit Apartments. We’ve been operating out of this part of Aurangabad for some time. The area is pretty quiet compared to the main city center, which is nice when we’re trying to focus on project drawings. We handle a variety of infrastructure tasks, mostly involving local development. It isn't always smooth sailing. Dealing with permits and getting the right crew together can be a real challenge some weeks. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. Our work usually comes from people seeing our signs at a site or hearing about us from a neighbor in Sangita Colony. We try to keep things grounded and practical. Construction is a messy business, and we don't try to hide that. There’s mud, dust, and a lot of loud machinery involved in what we do. The area around Nandnvancolony is changing fast, and we see new faces every week. It's not always easy keeping everyone on the same page, but we try our best to just talk it out plainly. We spend our days checking on progress, making sure the supplies arrived at the plot, and talking to the workers. It’s a decent living and we like being part of how Aurangabad is changing. We might not have the fanciest office in the cantonment area, but the coffee is always on and the door is usually open for anyone who needs to talk about building.
