Kapoor Herbal Products

Our place is 3/11 in the Sfs Compound, which is part of Apna Bazar on Jalna Road. It’s a busy market area, so there’s always people walking by and scooters honking. Kapoor Herbal Products has a small shopfront and a back area where we keep all the stock. It’s usually quite crowded with bags of dried leaves and bottles of oils. We don’t really have a reception area, so if you walk in, you’re basically standing right in the middle of our workspace. The air usually has a strong scent of eucalyptus or sandalwood depending on what we’re packing that day. We aren’t some massive factory; it’s just a few of us handling the orders that come in. Most of our day is spent weighing things out or sealing packages. Sometimes the labels aren't perfectly straight, but we try our best. The Jalna Road traffic is pretty constant, so we’ve gotten used to the noise. We’ve been in Apna Bazar long enough that we know all the other shopkeepers around us. It’s a practical setup. We don’t spend money on fancy furniture because we’d rather just have more room for the products. It’s a bit messy sometimes, especially when a new shipment arrives and we have nowhere to put it. But we manage to get everything sorted by the end of the day. It’s just honest work in a busy bazaar.
