Kamaksha Seeds Private Limited

Our setup for Kamaksha Seeds is over in Kingaon Raja, right at the place belonging to Keshav Rangnath Gaware. If you know the area, you know it’s a quiet spot most of the time. We aren't a big corporation with fancy city offices. We operate right from where we live and work in the village. It started out small and mostly stays that way because we like knowing everyone who comes through the door. Dealing with seeds is a lot of waiting and watching the seasons. We spend our mornings checking on the stock and making sure the storage is dry. Since we are based in a home-like setting, things are pretty casual. You might hear the local sounds of the village while we are counting out bags or talking to a neighbor. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who handle the paperwork and the heavy lifting. Sometimes the rain makes the roads a bit tricky, but we still manage to get things done. It’s practical work. We don't use big words or have long meetings about strategy. We just look at what seeds are needed for the next planting and try to have them ready. Being in Kingaon Raja means we are close to the fields, which makes sense for what we do. It’s a simple life here, and the business reflects that. We just do our bit and keep the records as best as we can.
