Kalpataru Power Transmission Ltd

Out here in Orai, we have our setup for Kalpataru Power Transmission Ltd. We are located at Gaurav Gupta’s place, care of Ram Gopal Tapa, house number 473 in Tulsi Nagar. It’s a very local way of doing things in the Jalaun district. Things move a bit differently here than they do in the big cities like Mumbai or Delhi. Our work involves a lot of travel around the district to check on power lines and transmission sites. The office is basically a hub for our local operations. It is a practical space where we store our records and meet to discuss the day’s plans. Tulsi Nagar is a quiet area, and being in a residential-style setup means we are right in the middle of the community. We get to know the people around us. Most of the day is spent handling the logistics of moving materials and managing the workers who are out in the sun. It can get very dusty and hot out here, but that is just part of the job. We don’t have a big corporate lobby. It is just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of hard work. We focus on getting the electricity infrastructure sorted out for this part of Uttar Pradesh. It is a basic operation, but it is necessary. Everyone here knows each other and we just get on with it. The work doesn't stop just because it is the weekend sometimes. There are always small things to finish.
