Our office is based at House No 737/2 in Pal, which is in the Phulumbri area of Aurangabad. Since we are operating out of a house, it has a very different feel than a big city office. It is much more personal and quiet here. We handle a lot of local construction work around the Aurangabad district. Usually, you will find a few of us sitting around the main table discussing the latest project or checking the weather, which matters a lot for our work. There are always some construction materials or tools sitting in the corner because we are always on the move. We don't have a receptionist; usually, whoever is closest to the door just opens it when someone knocks. Our neighbors are mostly families, so it’s a very friendly atmosphere. We do our own bookkeeping and manage the workers ourselves. It is a small operation, but we stay busy throughout the year. The roads out here can be a bit rough, but that’s just part of the job for us. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the best way to get things built without wasting money. It’s a simple life and a simple business. If you are coming to see us, just look for the house number in Pal, Phulumbri. We are usually there unless we are out at a site in the village or checking on a project in the city.
