Kaay Farmer Producer Company Limited

Our place is at House Number 266 in Chittegaon, which is part of Aurangabad. It is a farmer producer setup, so we spend a lot of our time talking to the folks who grow things around here. It is not a big corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a house where we meet up to talk. We discuss the weather, the prices, and how the crops are looking this season. Everyone knows everyone else in this part of the district. We try to get the produce moved out to the markets without too much trouble. Sometimes the logistics are a bit of a mess, but we figure it out eventually with some phone calls. We sit around, look at the books, and see what needs to be done for the next week. It is mostly just making sure the local farmers get what they need at the right time. We do not have a big marketing team or anyone like that. It is just us. My cousin helps out with the transport sometimes when his truck is free. We drink tea and talk about the land and the soil. It is a simple way of doing business. No one is wearing a suit here. We are usually just in our regular clothes, dealing with the harvest. It is hard work, but it is what we know.
