K M Jain Infra Llp is located over at Plot No 32 in Vidyaniketan Colony. It’s a quiet residential area mostly, so having our office here feels a bit different than being in a crowded commercial hub. We’ve been at this address, 4 13 13, for some time now. Our work revolves around infrastructure projects, which sounds like a lot, but mostly it's just about planning and making sure things are built right. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. It's a small group of us who know the local area well. When you come by the colony, it’s pretty easy to find the plot. We spend a lot of time dealing with the logistics of construction and making sure materials get where they need to go. It’s not always easy, and some days are definitely longer than others. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that. Word of mouth is usually how people hear about what we’re doing. We just focus on the task at hand. The office is pretty basic, just some desks and files everywhere, really. It gets the job done. We like being in this part of town because it’s a bit calmer. Sometimes we’re out on-site more than we’re actually in the office. That’s just the nature of the business we are in. We take things one project at a time and try not to overcomplicate things for ourselves or the people we work with.
