JSK STRUCTURES LLP

Our office is located in the Golden City Center, right in the MIDC area of Chikhalthana, Aurangabad. We are in Office No. 201 on Plot P-79, in the Eldora section. Being in the MIDC means we are surrounded by factories and other industrial businesses. It’s a dusty, busy part of town where things are always being made or moved. We focus on structures, so being near all this industry makes sense for us. The office itself is quite basic. We have some desks, a couple of old computers, and a lot of rolled-up blueprints. Most days are spent tracking shipments of steel or talking to site supervisors. Aurangabad has its own pace, and the summers here can be really intense, which affects how we schedule our outdoor work. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. We just show up, do the work, and try to make sure everything is built to last. People around here know us as straightforward folks. We have our tea from the canteen nearby and keep at it until the sun goes down. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up the tenders or check the accounts. It’s a lot of manual tracking and checking. We are just a local LLP trying to stay busy and do decent work in the Chikhalthana area. We have been in this building for some time now and it works for what we need. The stairs are a bit steep but the view is alright.
