Jawed Khan Developers is based at Flat No 2 in Helson Apartment, which is in the Asef Bag area of Arif Colony. We’re right here in Aurangabad, and we’ve been part of the local scene for some time now. It’s a small office, mostly used for keeping track of our projects and meeting with clients. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. The work we do is pretty direct. We develop properties and try to keep things moving along according to the plan, though plans change more often than you'd think. Between the paperwork and the actual site visits, there isn't much downtime. Aurangabad is a growing city, so there’s always something happening. We just try to stay focused on the task at hand. Sometimes the logistics of getting materials into Arif Colony can be a bit of a headache, but we manage. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big corporate talk. We’re just regular people trying to build something lasting. Most of our work comes from people who know Jawed or have seen what we’ve done in the past. It’s a slow and steady kind of business. We deal with the usual ups and downs, like rising costs or labor shortages, but we just keep at it. It’s not always pretty, but it’s real work. We’re just glad to be working in our own city. It’s where we belong. We keep our tools ready and our minds on the job.
