Soni Hospital

We’ve been here at Soni Hospital in Mahesh Nagar for quite a while now. Most people know us because we are right near the Ellora Diagnostic Centre, which helps with directions when someone is coming for the first time. It is a busy spot. The morning starts early with the sound of traffic and people arriving. We just get on with things, checking patients and making sure everything is where it should be. The rooms are plain, and the hallways get crowded in the afternoons. Sometimes the fans are a bit noisy, but they do the job. It’s a lot of work every single day, and the staff is usually running around between the different floors. We don’t have much time for small talk, but we try to keep things moving. The neighborhood has changed over the years, more shops and houses popping up everywhere. We stay busy with the local families who live around here. It’s just a regular place where people come when they aren’t feeling well. We don't have any fancy lobby or anything like that, just chairs and desks and the medical equipment we need to do our jobs. Some days are longer than others, especially when there are more people waiting than we expected. We just take it one person at a time until the day is done. It’s just how it goes here in Mahesh Nagar. Every evening, we tidy up the front desk and get ready for the night shift.
