Jais Infra Projects Llp is based right out of Fl Np 3 in the Sukrut Apartment over in Nandigram Colony. It’s a decent enough spot to run a business, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. Most of our mornings start with a quick check of the project files before the crews get moving. We deal with infrastructure projects, which means a lot of coordination and making sure the right equipment is in the right place at the right time. Being in an apartment means things can get a bit tight when we have a lot of maps and blueprints rolled out, but it works for us. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation. We just want to get the jobs done right. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days it’s just quiet planning. We’ve had our share of rainy days where everything slows down, and we just have to wait it out. It’s practical work. We spend a lot of time talking to vendors and checking on site progress. Nandigram Colony is a good base because it’s easy for people to find us. We don't put on any airs; we just show up and do the work that needs doing. There’s always something to fix or a new plan to look over, so there’s never a dull moment. We started this because we liked building things, and that's still what keeps us going through the long weeks.
