Jain Marketing & Distributers

Our place is located in the Service Industries area in Cidco. If you know the Town Center, we are at P37. It is an industrial kind of place, so there are always trucks moving around and people hauling boxes. Jain Marketing & Distributers isn't exactly a quiet office. There is always the sound of tape dispensers and plastic wrapping being pulled. We started out with just a small corner and slowly took over more of the space as we got more stuff to handle. The floors are concrete and have some cracks, but they hold up under the heavy pallets. Most of our day is spent checking lists and making sure the right piles go to the right people. It’s hard work and the summer heat makes the warehouse part quite warm. We usually keep the big doors open to get a breeze. Our staff consists of guys from the local area who don't mind getting their hands a bit dirty. We eat lunch together in a small back room that has a tiny fridge. It’s nothing special to look at, but it’s where we get things done. We’ve been at this for a while and the routine doesn't really change much. We deal with suppliers and drivers all day long. Sometimes the paperwork gets messy, but we sort it out eventually. That’s just the way it goes here in Cidco for us.
