Jai Babaji Construction is based out of Jarul in Vaijapur, specifically at Survey Number 426. It’s a more rural area, so things move at a bit of a different pace than they do in the big cities. We are an LLP, but we are really just a group of people from the taluka who know how to build things. Out here in Vaijapur, construction work often depends on the season and what's happening with the local farming. When the harvest is on, it's hard to find laborers, so we’ve learned to plan around that. Our office is simple, just a place to keep our equipment and do some basic accounting. We don't have any flashy signs or a big lobby. Most of our work comes from word of mouth in the local villages. People know that if they need a shed built or some leveling done on a plot, they can come find us at Jarul. We aren't trying to be some massive infrastructure giant. We just provide the kind of work that people around here need. We spend a lot of time outdoors on the sites, so the office is mostly for the evenings when we have to figure out the payroll. It’s a straightforward life. We deal with the heat and the dust every day, and we don't complain much. We just like seeing something finished that wasn't there before. It’s honest work, and it keeps us busy through the year.
