Our office is located in the Rohidaspura area of Aurangabad, near the Balaji Mandir. It's an old part of town, specifically the Old Mondha market area. You know how it is around there, always something happening on the streets. We work on infrastructure projects, which basically means a lot of heavy lifting and planning. We've been at this for a bit, dealing with local projects and making sure things get built. Being in Maharashtra, especially in a city like Aurangabad, there's a certain rhythm to the day. We have our regulars who drop by. It isn't a high-rise glass building or anything like that. It’s a real office where people sit and figure out how to move dirt and pour concrete. Sometimes the phones won't stop ringing, and other times it's just the sound of the ceiling fan. We don't have a big PR team writing stuff for us. We just know how to handle the work we're given. The heat in the summer gets pretty bad, so we try to get most of the outdoor stuff done early. It’s a decent place to work. Everyone knows where the good tea stall is around the corner. We just keep our heads down and try to finish the projects on time. That’s about it for us. We aren't looking to be the biggest, just to stay busy.
