Icb Tecnimont Mumbai is actually operating out of Jalna, specifically near the government godown in Mammadevi Nagar. Our location at Ambad Naka in Old Jalna is very much an industrial kind of setting. Being near the godown means there are always trucks moving and a lot of activity happening nearby. It is often quite dusty and the sun can be really unforgiving in this part of the state. Inside the office, we deal with a lot of technical documents and engineering plans. It is a serious place where we spend most of our time checking figures and making sure the logistics are handled properly. We do not have much in the way of comforts; it is more about having a solid roof over our heads and enough light to see what we are doing. The staff here has been around for a bit and we all know how the local area works. We eat our lunch together and talk about the day's tasks, which usually involve a lot of coordinating with people at different sites. It is a busy life, and there is always something that needs fixing or a person who needs to be called. We do not worry about looking like a big fancy company. We are just here in Jalna to get the job done and make sure the projects stay on track despite the heat and the noise.
