Ibm Daksh Pune

This branch of Ibm Daksh Pune is located in Aurangabad, specifically at Plot No 75 in Peshwe Nagar. It’s in the New Satara Area, which is a developing part of the city, pin 431002. The office is situated on Survey No 95 2. It’s a pretty standard building, nothing that would make you stop and stare. Inside, we have our workstations set up in rows. It’s mostly just the sound of typing and the occasional phone ringing. We get people from all over Aurangabad coming in to work here. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, mostly houses around us, so it doesn't feel like a hectic business district. We have a small area to keep our bags and eat our lunch. Most of the staff here are quite young, and we just focus on getting through the shifts. The office doesn't have a lot of decorations; we keep things very functional. There’s a lot of focus on the daily tasks, and we don't really have big corporate events or anything like that. We just come in, do what needs to be done, and then catch the bus or hop on our scooters to go home. It’s a very practical workspace where the focus is on the job. No one here is trying to be something they aren't. We just work. The heat can be a bit much in the afternoon, but we manage just fine. It’s a simple life for us here in the Satara area.
