Huawei Telecom Pvt.Ltd is based over here in Aurangabad, Maharashtra. It’s a city with a lot of history, but our office is just a regular place where we do our work. We’ve been operating in this area for a while and have settled into a good routine. The weather in Aurangabad can be quite dry and dusty, especially in the middle of the year, so we spend most of our time indoors. We aren't a very large team, just a handful of people who know how to get things done. Our space is functional and doesn't have any of those modern office features you see in the big cities. We just have our desks, some chairs, and the equipment we need for the day. Most of our day is spent handling local tasks and making sure our connections are working right. We don't really have a big public presence or anything like that. We just go about our business quietly. Sometimes we grab tea from the stall around the corner and chat for a bit before getting back to it. It’s an honest way to spend the day. We don't have any big corporate goals we talk about; we just focus on making sure today's work is finished before we leave. Being in Maharashtra is good for us, and the people around here are mostly hardworking and keep to themselves. It’s a steady environment for the kind of work we do. We just keep at it.
