It is just a practical workspace where we focus on our daily tasks. We aren't a big company with lots of different departments. Everyone here knows how to do a bit of everything. Sometimes the noise from the market downstairs is quite loud, but we have gotten used to it by now. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or professional websites. Most of our work comes from being right here in Juna Bazar for so long. People know where to find us. We don't have any big corporate goals; we just want to keep the business going and do a decent job every day. It is a bit cramped and sometimes a bit chaotic, but it is our place and we are comfortable here. We just show up and do the work that is in front of us without making any fuss.
