So, we are doing construction work and our background is really tied to that diploma from back in 2006. It’s been a long time since those days at Dr. BAMU in Aurangabad. We started out with just the basics and that 74.37 percent score was what got things moving for us in the civil engineering world. Now we are focused on Hyderabad. Construction is messy work, you know? There is always dust and noise and things never go exactly according to the blueprint on the first try. We spend a lot of our time out on sites or checking materials. It’s not a desk job where everything stays clean. We carry our tools and our experience from that diploma everywhere we go. It’s funny how a piece of paper from years ago still matters when you are looking at a pile of bricks or a concrete pour. We don't have a big fancy office with glass walls. Usually, we are just meeting people where the work is happening. Some days are long, especially when the weather isn't helping, but that’s just how building things goes. We just try to keep our heads down and get the walls up straight. It’s practical work for practical people. We’ve seen a lot of changes in how things are built since 2006, but the core of it stays the same. That is our way of getting things done around here.
