Hansa Buildcon LLP

We've been working out of Shivshakti Colony on Jalana Road for a while now. Hansa Buildcon LLP is just a small group of us here in Aurangabad. The office is at Plot No. 1-B, right near the main road. Most days you'll find us dealing with paperwork or talking to folks about their building projects. It gets pretty busy around A.BAD, but we like the pace. We aren't a big fancy firm, just regular people trying to get things built right. It's been interesting seeing how much this area has changed over the years. We deal with various construction details every day. Sometimes it's a bit chaotic with all the regulations and site visits, but that's just how the business goes. If you are looking for us, we're at CTS No. 12455. It's easy to find once you get into the colony. Staying in this spot has worked well because it's central for us. Building stuff takes a lot of time and patience. We just focus on the task at hand and move on to the next one. There’s always some project happening nearby. It's good to be part of the local community here in Maharashtra. Operations are kept pretty simple. No big speeches or anything, just work. Our team knows the local area well and we spend a lot of time on the ground. That’s pretty much the story of us at Hansa Buildcon. We hope to keep doing this for a long time.
