Our company, Gmp Systech Engg Pvt Ltd, is based out of the MIDC area in Chikalthana. We occupy a few units there, specifically E-46/2/3 and 4. If you are looking for us, we are right across from Daggar Master. It’s a typical industrial setting with plenty of activity and the usual noise you’d expect from an engineering hub. We have been here at this location for a good stretch of time. The space is filled with equipment and the smell of grease and metal. It’s not the cleanest place, but it’s where the real work happens. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures. Usually, it's just the staff handling things from start to finish. We spend a lot of our time on the shop floor making sure the machines are running right. The neighborhood is full of other engineering firms, so we are in good company. Lunch breaks are usually spent sitting around the workspace or walking down the road for some snacks. It’s a practical environment. We don’t bother with much beyond the work at hand. Sometimes the power flickers or the delivery trucks get delayed, but we just manage it as it comes. It’s a hands-on life here in Chikalthana, and we like the directness of it. We just keep our heads down and finish what's on the schedule for the day. It is not always easy, but we make it work.
