Shri Goroba Mahila Alpa Bachat Gat

Shri Goroba Mahila Alpa Bachat Gat is a small group we have going over in Gajanan Nagar, specifically at N-11 C-4 13/5. It is mostly a group of local women who decided to get together and handle our savings and small bits of work as a collective. We aren't a big bank or some huge organization. It’s just neighbors and friends trying to help each other out with a bit of financial support when it’s needed. We meet up regularly, talk about what we need to do, and keep track of the money we all put in. It’s practical and it helps us manage things for our families better. Sometimes we have small projects we work on together to earn a little extra. Life in Gajanan Nagar keeps us busy, but we make time for these meetings. It’s a very local thing, just us women working together. There isn't anything fancy about how we operate. We use simple notebooks and keep our records as best as we can. It’s nice having people you trust nearby. We’ve been doing this for a while now and it seems to work for everyone involved. We don't have a big office, just our homes and this address where we coordinate everything. It’s about being sensible with what we have. Most people in the neighborhood know who we are. We just keep doing our part and helping each other out.
