Our office is situated at the residence of Nirmala Devi, near Rama Bandh on the By Pass Road in Aurangabad, Bihar. Forsky Bachat Nidhi Limited is a local effort to help people in this area keep their savings safe. Being on the By Pass Road means there is a lot of traffic going past, but once you step inside, it’s just a normal place where we do our work. We started this because we realized that many people in our part of Bihar didn't have an easy way to save small amounts of money. It’s mostly just us handling the paperwork and talking to the members who come in. We aren't trying to be a big bank. We just want to be a reliable place for our neighbors. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty because of the road construction nearby, but we keep things as clean as we can. It’s an honest living. We know most of the families around here, so there is a lot of trust involved. We don't use any complicated financial terms that nobody understands. We just explain things simply, like how much you can save and when you can get it back. It’s a practical setup. My nephew helps me with the computer work sometimes since I’m better with the paper files. We just take it one day at a time and try to do right by the people who trust us with their money.
