We run the shop here on Jalna Road, right near the Heena Petrol Pump and the Bharat Petroleum station. The name is Famous Clutch Plate & Brake Lining Services, though most people just call us for help with their brakes or gears. We’ve been at this location for a good while. It’s a busy road, so there’s always a lot of traffic passing by our front door. Our specialty is pretty narrow, focusing mostly on clutches and brakes because that’s what we know best. It’s greasy work and our hands are usually black with oil by noon. The shop isn't much to look at, just a workspace filled with specialized machines and metal shavings. We take things apart, reline them, and put them back together. It’s honest, manual labor. We don't have a marketing team or a fancy website. Most of our customers come here because a friend told them we know what we’re doing. We try to be quick because nobody wants to be stuck without brakes for long. It’s a lot of standing around and heavy lifting, but we like the work. There's a certain rhythm to it that feels right. We keep the doors open six days a week, just doing our thing on the side of the highway. It’s a simple business where we keep our focus on the mechanical basics.
