Our business is tucked away at number 12 in Madhugarh, inside the Nandigram Colony. It’s a nice spot because we are right opposite the Gajanand Maharaj Mandir. You can often hear the temple bells ringing during the day, which gives the whole area a very calm feeling. We chose the name Elegance and Soothing because we wanted to focus on products that make people feel good, though the office itself is just a regular workspace with desks and shelves. We have a lot of boxes filled with different items, and the scent of the products often fills up the room. It’s a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to packing up boxes for delivery. We don't have a big fancy lobby. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us working at our computers or checking the stock. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it’s quieter than being in the middle of a big city market. We like that because it lets us focus on what we are doing without too much distraction. Sometimes we step outside to the temple area just to get a bit of fresh air. We aren't a giant corporation with hundreds of rules. We are just a local enterprise trying to run things properly and keep our customers in India happy with what we send them from our little corner of the colony.
