Dr. Hedgewar Hospital

Dr. Hedgewar Hospital is located in the Garkheda Parisar area. It’s a fairly large building because we have to fit in quite a few different sections for patients. It’s not one of those new, glass-fronted hospitals you see in the city center these days. It’s a more established place that feels like it’s been part of the neighborhood for a long time now. Inside, the hallways are wide and usually quite busy with people coming and going. We have different wards and rooms for different needs, all connected by these long corridors. The floors are that hard, grey stone that stays cool even when it’s hot outside. There’s always the smell of cleaning supplies and the sound of trolleys being pushed around from room to room. We have a lot of staff working here, from the people at the front desk to the nurses and the maintenance crew. Garkheda Parisar is a busy residential and commercial zone, so we get people from all walks of life coming in. The waiting areas are often full, especially in the mornings when the clinics are most active. We don’t have any fancy decorations on the walls, just the necessary signs and maybe a few old posters that have been there forever. It’s a practical environment meant for taking care of health issues without any extra fuss. We just keep the doors open and manage the daily flow of patients as best as we can. It’s a lot of work every day.
