We’ve been here at Farola for quite a while now. If you know the area near Videocon on Paithan Road, that’s exactly where you’ll find our unit. Dhoot Transmission is mostly about the day-to-day grind of making parts. It gets pretty busy around here with trucks coming in and out. We started small, just a few people trying to get things right, and now there’s a lot more of us. It’s not fancy or anything like that. We spend most of our time on the floor making sure everything is moving like it should. Sometimes the power goes out or things get delayed, but that’s just how it goes in this part of town. People often ask where Flat No-100 is because the numbering can be a bit confusing if you aren’t from around here. We just tell them to look for the big landmarks nearby. It's a lot of hard work and noise, but it keeps us going. We handle a lot of different components and wire stuff. The team is mostly local guys who have been with us through the ups and downs. We don't have a big office with glass walls or anything. It's just a practical space where we get the job done. The weather gets really hot in the summer, making the factory floor a bit tough, but we manage. We’ve seen the road change a lot over the years. It's just home for us now.
