Dhoot Compack Ltd.

We’ve been at A-13 in the Chiklthana MIDC area for a while now. Most days here start early when the gates open at Dhoot Compack Ltd. It’s an industrial spot, so there’s always noise and trucks moving around. We mostly focus on making the stuff that holds other things together. It’s not fancy work, but it needs to be done right every time. Sometimes the machines act up or the weather makes the warehouse too hot, but that’s just how it goes in an industrial area. People around here know where we are. We don't spend a lot of time on fancy offices because we're usually busy out on the floor. The address is pretty easy to find if you’re familiar with Chiklthana. We keep things simple. If there's a problem, we just fix it and keep going. Most of us have been here for years and we know the rhythms of the place. It's a lot of physical labor and keeping track of inventory. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Just some people working in a shed in MIDC. It gets dusty and loud, but we like the routine of it. We just show up and get the orders ready. You won't find any glossy brochures here. We talk to each other over the sound of the equipment and eat our lunch together when there's a break. It's a plain, working-class environment where we just try to stay on top of the schedule.
