Dhanush Buildcon Private Limited operates out of Sudhakar Nagar in Aurangabad. You can find us at Shop No 3, which is part of a small cluster of plots near the main road. It’s a modest place, nothing like those fancy corporate offices with glass walls. We have our desks, our computers, and usually a lot of blueprints rolled up in the corners. The neighborhood is fairly busy, so there’s always something going on outside our door. We started this business because we saw how much Aurangabad was changing and wanted to be a part of the building process. Whether it’s a small renovation or a larger construction project, we handle it with the same group of guys. We don’t have a massive crew, but the people we do have are hardworking. Working in construction means dealing with the heat and the dust, but we are used to it by now. Sometimes we have meetings at the shop, but more often than not, we are meeting people at the actual sites to see how the work is progressing. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a job is going to take longer because of the weather, we say so. We don't like making promises we can't keep. It's just a small team trying to make a living and build some solid structures for the people in our town. We’ve been at this for a while and we know our way around the local permit offices and material yards pretty well.
