Dhadge Patil Infrastructure Private Limited is run from Ladgaon, near Aurangabad. Our office is basically House No 133, which belongs to Bhausaheb Laxman. It’s a very local setup, far away from the big glass towers you see in the major cities. We prefer it this way because we are close to the land and the people we actually work for. In a place like Ladgaon, everyone knows everyone, so your reputation is everything. We do infrastructure work, which means we are often out on the roads or dealing with heavy machinery. The office is where we keep the records and meet to plan the next week's schedule. It’s not uncommon to see a bunch of us sitting around a table with a map of the district spread out, trying to figure out how to move equipment across the local terrain. Aurangabad can get incredibly hot, so a lot of our work happens early in the morning or later in the evening when it’s cooler. We don’t use any big words to describe what we do. We just build things that the community needs. It’s tough work, and our boots are usually covered in dirt by the end of the day. Being a private limited company sounds formal, but on the ground, we are just a group of locals trying to improve the infrastructure around our home. We’ve been here for a long time and plan to stay. Most of the guys on the crew live just a few minutes away, so we are all invested in the local roads being done properly.
