Our office is right here in Bhuvi, at Row House number 26 on Plot number Gut no.-135. It is a quiet residential area in Aurangabad, so it does not feel like a typical business district. We started this Nidhi company because we saw a need for something local. Most of our members are just people from the neighborhood who walk over after finishing their chores. The office is basically a converted part of the house. We have a few desks and some metal filing cabinets where we keep everything organized. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but we have a couple of fans that keep the air moving. We do not have a big team, just a few of us handling the daily entries and talking to people about their savings. Sometimes the neighbors pop in just to say hello or ask about something small. We like that it is informal. You won't find anyone in a suit here. We just wear our regular clothes and get the work done. Aurangabad 431001 is where we live and work, so we know the area well. It is not a fancy place with marble floors or anything like that. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for what we need.
