Devanand Narayanrao Kotgire Realty Llp is based out of Aurangabad. You can find us at Sutgirni Chowk in the Garkheda area. Our office is No 15 on the first floor of Disha Square. It’s a decent building and it’s easy for people to find us since the chowk is such a major landmark around here. We work in the realty sector, which mostly involves us talking to people about buying land or finding a new house. The office isn't anything spectacular to look at. We have some basic furniture, a few fans to keep the air moving, and a lot of folders stacked on the desks. Garkheda is a growing part of the city, so there is always something new happening with the local properties. We spend a lot of time out of the office, visiting sites and checking on things for our clients. When we are in the office, we are usually busy with paperwork or answering the phone. We aren't a big company with a lot of fancy slogans. We just know this area very well and try to give people the straight facts about what’s available. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours sometimes, but we are used to it by now. We just want to do our jobs and keep things simple for everyone involved. Disha Square is a good home for us and we plan to stay here as long as people keep needing help with their property deals. It’s just what we do.
