Dattachhaya Constructions & Builders Private Limited is based in Aurangabad. You can find us at New Nandanvan Colony in the Chandmari area, at the home of Dattatraya Kishanrao Gawale, specifically Plot No 9. It’s a family-oriented kind of business, and we’ve been working in construction and building for quite some time now. Aurangabad is a city with a lot of history, and we like being part of its modern growth. Our setup is simple because we prefer to spend our budget on good materials and decent workers rather than on a flashy office. We do residential building and other construction jobs, mostly around the local neighborhoods. Being in New Nandanvan Colony is nice because it’s a relatively quiet spot compared to the city center, giving us a bit of peace to plan our projects. We don't use any slick marketing talk to get clients. Most of the people we work for are neighbors or folks who heard about us from someone else in the colony. Construction is a messy, difficult job, but there’s a lot of satisfaction in seeing a house go up from nothing. We’ve had our share of rainy days and missed deadlines because of things outside our control, but we always make sure we finish the job. We are just local builders who care about doing honest work and getting the details right for the people who live here.
