D V Buildcon India Private Limited is situated out in the MIDC Waluj area of Aurangabad. Specifically, we are at Gala No 28 in the S.L.U.G. section. It’s a very industrial part of town, so there is always the sound of machinery or trucks moving around nearby. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we can manage our construction business. We spend most of our mornings drinking chai and going over what needs to happen at the different sites. It gets pretty dusty out here in Waluj, especially in the summer months when the wind picks up. We’ve got our tools and our paperwork all in one place. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, but this is where the action is for us. We deal with a lot of different people, from laborers to suppliers, and things can get pretty loud and chaotic during the peak hours of the day. We don't really bother with being fancy. We just focus on getting the jobs done. If you come by, you’ll probably find us wearing boots and covered in a bit of site dust. That’s just the nature of the work we do here. It’s a straightforward operation, and we like being right in the middle of the industrial zone where things are actually being built. It's tough work but someone has to do it, and we've been at it for years.
