Crescendo Growth Realtors LLP operates out of an independent bungalow in Aurangabad. It is Bungalow No. 20, located at G. No. 75/1 in the Kasliwal area. It is a bit different from working in a tall office building because it feels more like a house. We have some space around us, which is nice when things get stressful. Aurangabad is a place that is growing, and we see it happening right outside our gates. The bungalow is easy enough to find once you get into the Kasliwal neighborhood. We have a few desks set up in what used to be a living room. It works for us. Most days are spent looking at maps or going through local listings. We aren't a giant corporation, just a few people who know this part of Maharashtra pretty well. The sun gets really hot here in the summer, so we keep the fans going all day. Sometimes the internet acts up, but we manage to get things done. We usually have lunch together in the small kitchen area. It’s a quiet spot compared to the main roads, which helps when we need to focus on property details. We don't have any flashy signs or anything. Just a gate and a small nameplate. It's a decent place to work and we like the neighborhood quite a bit. We try to keep things organized even if the paperwork gets a bit messy sometimes. It’s just how we do things.
